For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

To keep it simple we have a Peace of Mind Promise which ensure if your purchase develops a manufacturing fault within 12 months of purchase  you may arrange to return it to us for a replacement if available or a refund.
